Hi! I’m Ariel Spagnolo. My love for homes started at a young age when my parents would “drive around and look at houses” on weekends. I graduated from James Madison University in 2013 with a business degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, and my background is heavily focused on event planning, customer service, and client relationship management.
Real estate in Richmond was always something I thought about, and COVID gave me the courage to leave corporate America and start selling. I’ve now been licensed for over five years, and I founded Rooted Living Real Estate to help people not just move but truly plant roots and thrive in their next chapter.
